The Anderson County Museum is in the fundraising stage for our new permanent exhibit, Andersonians in War. Here are some ways that you can support our new exhibit.
Opening in late 2021, Andersonians in War will offer the military history of our county and state. Covering each major American conflict from the founding of our nation to the modern era, we will focus on real people from Anderson, whose lives offer unique glimpses into these familiar histories. Beginning with the Indian Wars and the American Revolution, we will see how our nation and state were forged out of the heat of battle. Send a donation through Paypal to Andersonians in War.
Sponsor a block in Veteran’s Hall to honor a veteran and support Andersonians in War. Any veteran or service member who has lived in Anderson County is eligible for inclusion in Veteran’s Hall. We are offering each 5” x 12” block for $250, which includes a one page profile in our touch screen kiosk. Your block will not be reserved until payment is received in the form of a check or PayPal payment made to the Anderson County Museum. On the memo line please indicate check as ACM Veteran’s Hall. Submit your information on our online block sponsorship form.
Email ACM Executive Director Beverly Childs to learn more about sponsorships and naming rights for the exhibit.
